According to recent reports, Justice Buba I.N. of a Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi , Lagos has ruled that the injunction filed against former Chocolate City artiste Brymo be lifted.
Brymo has been in court with the label over contract irregularities and bridge. The label had gone to court to stop Brymo from releasing any music material or performing any song until his contract with them expires in 2016.
But Justice Buba ruled that, “since the plaintiff (Chocolate City) can be compensated at a later date, the defendant is free to carry out his duties as a singer so that none of the parties will be at a disadvantage.”
