18-year-old Onyinye Emeasoba winner of the Best Model Nigeria beauty pageant, Miss Brighter Future 2012 and Miss Anambra 2013 who represented Anambra state at the 2013 Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria pageant and also contested for the 2013 edition of Miss World has made history for emerging the best model at the recently concluded World Beauty Pageant in Bulgaria.

“I think it’s the Lords doing. I can’t really point to a reason behind my success. It’s Just God and His grace on me. Besides, I know I’m pretty and down to earth; I believe I have all what it takes to make Nigeria proud”. – Emeasoba said.

She started modelling at a tender age; at 10 she was already featuring on billboards, calendar and television adverts. After leaving secondary school in 2011 at the age of 16, she started runway modelling for the first time. 

She said this before she went for this pageant , "It is going to be my first trip to Bulgaria and I feel very excited. I am also looking forward to bringing the crown back. It is all about winning. I believe God’s grace will see me though. Since He has brought me to this point, I believe He will carry me through every other areas of my life. I leave everything in His hands"
